Our students work in collaboration with the teachers to develop expectations for their classrooms. We see every person as a fellow teacher and come together to encourage a peaceful, productive, and thriving environment. When students are struggling to meet the expectations in the classroom, teachers use gentle reminders and logical consequences that foster self-reflection and growth.
